Introduction

Welcome to Cinelyo. By accessing or using Cinelyo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Cinelyo provides an AI video generation workflow for text-to-video, image-to-video, and multimodal creative use cases. The service may include account features, credit balances, paid plans, file uploads, generated videos, and video history.

Cinelyo is an independent service. Cinelyo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to ByteDance, Seedance, or any related trademark owner. References to Seedance or model names describe supported generation capabilities and do not imply affiliation.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

User Content and Generated Content

You retain your rights to prompts, uploaded files, and other materials you provide to Cinelyo. Subject to your use of the service, you are responsible for reviewing and using generated output in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and third-party rights.

You must not upload, request, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or intended to harm, impersonate, or defraud others.

Third-Party Providers

Cinelyo may use third-party providers for authentication, payments, AI generation, storage, analytics, and infrastructure. These providers may process data as needed to deliver the service. AI generation availability, speed, model behavior, and output quality may depend on third-party systems.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

Paid features may require credits, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Prices, credit costs, plan benefits, and limits may change with notice. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, purchases are final after successful payment.

If a generation fails because of a service-side error, Cinelyo may restore credits or provide another remedy at its discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls of the service
• Use automated abuse, scraping, credential stuffing, or fraudulent payment methods
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Use Cinelyo to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Resell access to the service without written permission

Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Cinelyo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including when third-party AI providers change availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Cinelyo or others, or used the service unlawfully.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinelyo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption related to use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cinelyo after updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
